• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely at checkout through Stripe
• An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is sent
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors — in such cases you will receive a full refund

• We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; please inspect your shipment and report damage within 7 days

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

• Cold water immersion carries inherent health risks; consult a physician before use, especially if you have cardiovascular or other medical conditions
• Follow all setup, operating, and maintenance instructions provided with your product
• Frozin products are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Never allow unsupervised use by children

Frozin products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in the documentation included with your product. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, freezing, or unauthorized modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website — including the Frozin name, logo, product images, videos, and text — is the property of Frozin and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
