Step-by-Step

   Position the tub

   Place the Frozin 400 on a flat, level surface with room on one side for the chiller and access to a standard outlet and a drain or hose run-off.

   Install the fittings

   Attach the inlet and outlet fittings to the pre-drilled ports on the tub, tightening by hand until snug and checking the gaskets are seated.

   Connect the hoses

   Run the supplied hoses from the tub ports to the IN and OUT connections on the chiller, keeping the runs short and free of kinks.

   Attach the filtration system

   Connect the filter housing inline between the tub outlet and the chiller intake so water is filtered before it is cooled.

   Fill with water

   Fill the tub with roughly 100 gallons of clean water until the level sits above the ports so the pump never draws air.

   Power on and set temperature

   Plug in the chiller, start the pump, purge any air from the lines, then set your target temperature on the digital control (as low as 37°F).
