Installing Frozin Latches

Step-by-Step

   Locate the latch points

   Set the lid on the tub and find the molded latch positions on the lid edge and the matching points on the tub rim.

   Fit the latch to the lid

   Hold the latch body against the lid with the strap facing down and drive the supplied screws into the molded recess.

   Mount the catch on the tub

   Fasten the catch plate to the tub rim directly below the latch, keeping it square so the strap pulls straight.

4. 4

   Repeat on the other side

   Install the remaining latch and catch on the opposite side of the lid so the lid clamps down evenly.

5. 5

   Test the fit

   Close both latches and confirm the lid sits tight and sealed, which helps hold cold temperatures and keeps debris out.
